How does this order work?

Step 1: Visit the video gallery, view the many available styles, and select the one you like.
Step 2: Place an order for the Intro/Outro video, and provide your own logo, branding, tagline, message, etc.
Step 3: I will create a custom Intro video with your branding and deliver in 3-5 days or sooner.

What info/materials do I need to provide?

Please prepare before ordering your logo file, and any tagline, message you want included.
You will need to upload your logo and provide the needed info during the ordering process.

What format should logo file be in?

Your logo file should be with transparent background, or no background.
Best formats are .ai, .eps, or .png with transparent background.
For .png format, 300 dpi or higher resolution is best.

Can I see a sample of how my logo with 3D and other extra effects will look?

Generally all non-sample, fully paid orders include 2 revisions, so you can be confident to receive final videos that will meet your requirements.
If you would like to see your logo in action before committing, then I will create a watermarked sample for a fee of $15 which is nonrefundable.
At my discretion, samples will be revised until you are happy and ready to purchase.
The sample fee will not be applied to the purchase price, meaning you will pay the full price if you decide to purchase.

Сan I use text instead of logo file?

Yes. You should provide font to be used.

Can I use the video both personally and commercially (commercial license)?

Yes! All videos include commercial licenses so you can use it any way you want.

Can the colors be changed?

Yes, you can specify the colors during ordering, or generally I will select colors to match your logo/branding.

How quickly can I receive my video?

Standard delivery is generally 3-5 days.
If you need your video sooner then please make a request in the Additional Request or Instructions field.
I will provide you a custom quote which may include a rush fee at my discretion, depending on the complexity of your project and my availability at that time.

Can you make outro animation?

Yes, you can choose from the available styles, or contact me using the form below to discuss.
